Open house manning of dance booth duty roster:

(Groupings were based on relay system however we had to make some adjustments since some dancers are sch ambasadors. We also wanted to allow grad night dancers to report for duty only after your performance.)

* At any point in time, at least 2-3 people are to be at the booth, while the other 2 may be at the walkway between LT1 & 2 to publicise dance by drawing on the floor using chalk.
*If you're not having duty, you'll need to walk around in your costume and give out flyers we've prepared. Or you may just hang round the dance booth :)
*For ambassadors, we've not scheduled you in for dance duty but pls try to help out at the booth as much as possible during your free time. Pls also help publicise dance to our potential juniors!

• Report at dance studio at: 7.30am (Performers), 8am (Non-performers) in dance t-shirt.
• Girls, you'll be given costumes so please be prepared to change. Guys will not be given costumes cause we're short of them, so sorry!
• Bring thumb tack/ nice table cloth if you have at home, thanks! (If bringing, pls let Adeline know)
• All to stay back to help pack up after the whole event :)
